1. Our Services
The Ayseltown Tarot provides personalized tarot readings, palm readings, VIP Guidance, spiritual guidance, intuitive readings, and related personalized services.
2. Personal Guidance
All readings and guidance are provided for personal and spiritual guidance. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other licensed professional advice.
Customers remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.
3. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Readings reflect the information, interpretation, and energy available at the time of the service. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, predictions, reconciliation, financial gain, employment, relationships, or future events.
4. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information requested for their reading, such as their name, date of birth, time of birth, questions, or other relevant details.
Incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the reading.
5. Personalized Services
Many services offered by The Ayseltown Tarot are created specifically for an individual customer. Service preparation may begin after an order and the required information have been received.
6. VIP Guidance
VIP Guidance is an ongoing personalized service for the membership period purchased.
VIP members may submit up to 10 questions per day, and responses are generally provided within 24 hours, subject to exceptional circumstances or service interruptions.
Benefits included with specific VIP plans are available only during the active membership period and according to the package purchased.
7. Payments
Customers must provide accurate order and payment information.
For Thai bank transfer or QR payments, customers may be required to submit payment confirmation and a payment slip before the order can be verified.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Because many services are personalized, services that have already begun or been delivered may not be eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
9. Service Availability
We aim to provide services within the stated or agreed timeframes. However, response or delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer.
10. Respectful Use
Customers must not use our website or services for unlawful purposes, harassment, abuse, fraud, threats, or activities that violate the rights of another person.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service where there is abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior, subject to applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original written readings, designs, website content, branding, and other original materials created by The Ayseltown Tarot remain the intellectual property of The Ayseltown Tarot.
Personal readings may be used by the customer for personal purposes but may not be resold, commercially reproduced, or presented as the customer's own work without permission.
12. Limitation of Responsibility
The Ayseltown Tarot is not responsible for decisions, actions, losses, or outcomes resulting solely from a customer's interpretation or use of a reading or guidance.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service when our services, website, or business practices change. The current version published on this website will apply from its effective date.

ยินดีต้อนรับสู่ The Ayseltown Tarot การเข้าใช้งานเว็บไซต์ การสั่งซื้อ หรือการใช้บริการของร้าน ถือว่าลูกค้ายอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขต่อไปนี้
1. บริการของร้าน
The Ayseltown Tarot ให้บริการดูดวงไพ่ทาโรต์ ดูลายมือ VIP Guidance การให้คำแนะนำด้านจิตวิญญาณ การอ่านแบบใช้สัญชาตญาณ และบริการเฉพาะบุคคลอื่น ๆ
2. การให้คำแนะนำ
การดูดวงและคำแนะนำทั้งหมดมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการให้คำแนะนำส่วนบุคคลและด้านจิตวิญญาณ ไม่สามารถใช้แทนคำแนะนำจากแพทย์ นักกฎหมาย ที่ปรึกษาทางการเงิน นักจิตวิทยา หรือผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพที่มีใบอนุญาตได้
ลูกค้าเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบต่อการตัดสินใจและการกระทำของตนเอง
3. ไม่รับประกันผลลัพธ์ในอนาคต
คำทำนายและการอ่านเป็นการตีความจากข้อมูลและสถานการณ์ ณ เวลาที่ให้บริการ ร้านไม่สามารถรับประกันเหตุการณ์หรือผลลัพธ์เฉพาะ เช่น การกลับมาของบุคคล ความสัมพันธ์ รายได้ กำไร การได้งาน หรือเหตุการณ์ในอนาคตได้
4. ข้อมูลของลูกค้า
ลูกค้ามีหน้าที่ให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง เช่น ชื่อ วันเดือนปีเกิด เวลาเกิด คำถาม และข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดูดวง
ข้อมูลที่ไม่ครบถ้วนหรือไม่ถูกต้องอาจส่งผลต่อการวิเคราะห์
5. บริการเฉพาะบุคคล
บริการหลายประเภทของร้านจัดทำขึ้นเฉพาะสำหรับลูกค้าแต่ละราย ร้านอาจเริ่มเตรียมหรือจัดทำบริการเมื่อได้รับคำสั่งซื้อและข้อมูลที่จำเป็นครบถ้วนแล้ว
6. VIP Guidance
VIP Guidance เป็นบริการเฉพาะบุคคลแบบต่อเนื่องตามระยะเวลาของแพ็กเกจที่ลูกค้าซื้อ
สมาชิก VIP สามารถสอบถามได้สูงสุด 10 คำถามต่อวัน และโดยทั่วไปจะได้รับคำตอบ ภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง ทั้งนี้อาจมีข้อยกเว้นในกรณีเหตุสุดวิสัยหรือเหตุขัดข้องในการให้บริการ
สิทธิประโยชน์ของแต่ละแพ็กเกจสามารถใช้ได้เฉพาะในช่วงเวลาที่สมาชิกยังมีสถานะใช้งานอยู่
7. การชำระเงิน
ลูกค้าต้องให้ข้อมูลคำสั่งซื้อและข้อมูลการชำระเงินอย่างถูกต้อง
สำหรับการชำระเงินผ่านธนาคารไทยหรือ QR Code ลูกค้าอาจต้องส่งข้อมูลยืนยันการชำระเงินและแนบสลิปก่อนที่ร้านจะยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ
8. การยกเลิกและคืนเงิน
การยกเลิกและคืนเงินเป็นไปตาม นโยบายการคืนเงินและยกเลิกบริการ (Return & Refund Policy) ของร้าน
เนื่องจากบริการจำนวนมากเป็นบริการเฉพาะบุคคล บริการที่เริ่มจัดทำหรือส่งมอบแล้วอาจไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ เว้นแต่กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับกำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น
9. ระยะเวลาการให้บริการ
ร้านพยายามให้บริการตามระยะเวลาที่ระบุหรือที่ตกลงไว้ แต่อาจมีความล่าช้าจากเหตุการณ์ที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมตามสมควร
หากเกิดความล่าช้าที่มีนัยสำคัญ ร้านจะพยายามแจ้งลูกค้าตามความเหมาะสม
10. การใช้บริการอย่างเหมาะสม
ห้ามใช้เว็บไซต์หรือบริการเพื่อการกระทำผิดกฎหมาย การคุกคาม การหลอกลวง การข่มขู่ หรือการละเมิดสิทธิของผู้อื่น
ร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธหรือยุติการให้บริการในกรณีที่มีพฤติกรรมคุกคาม หลอกลวง ไม่เหมาะสม หรือเป็นอันตราย ทั้งนี้ภายใต้กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
11. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
ข้อความการอ่าน งานออกแบบ เนื้อหาเว็บไซต์ แบรนด์ และผลงานต้นฉบับของ The Ayseltown Tarot ถือเป็นทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของร้าน เว้นแต่จะระบุไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น
ลูกค้าสามารถใช้คำอ่านส่วนบุคคลเพื่อการใช้งานส่วนตัว แต่ห้ามนำไปจำหน่ายต่อ ทำซ้ำเพื่อการค้า หรือแอบอ้างว่าเป็นผลงานของตนเองโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
12. ความรับผิดชอบของลูกค้า
The Ayseltown Tarot ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการตัดสินใจ การกระทำ ความเสียหาย หรือผลลัพธ์ที่เกิดจากการนำคำอ่านหรือคำแนะนำไปใช้โดยลูกค้าแต่เพียงฝ่ายเดียว
ข้อกำหนดนี้ไม่ตัดสิทธิ์หรือความคุ้มครองของผู้บริโภคที่กฎหมายกำหนดว่าไม่สามารถยกเว้นได้
13. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด
ร้านอาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้เมื่อบริการ เว็บไซต์ หรือวิธีดำเนินธุรกิจเปลี่ยนแปลง โดยฉบับล่าสุดที่เผยแพร่บนเว็บไซต์จะถือเป็นฉบับปัจจุบัน
